My bespoke mother of all databases template is then utilised. The template documents all aspects each shot from production departments requirement, camera and lighting to post production departments and budget. A subset of this becomes the VFX Supervisor's shooting notes.
My system of setting up and documenting the VFX on a show is comprehensive, easy to understand and very efficient to use.
